We collect your visual data through the cameras we place in the Company to ensure the safety of the Company and your safety here. What are the Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data?

Your personal data mentioned above are processed for the following purposes, as it is necessary for the establishment of an employment contract within the framework of the legal relationship between the Company and the Employee Candidate:

Recruiting new staff, examining candidates and identifying new candidates to be employed

Confirming your data and information with the reference people you include in your resume

Verifying how well you fit with the nominated position and recording your resume for future confirmation

You have the right not to share your sensitive personal data unless you wish. If you are recommended, the information can be shared between our departments for the purpose of confirming the information, and for the department managers to conduct interviews with the Employee Candidates. Your personal data is processed for the above-mentioned purposes. Within legal frameworks, your sensitive personal data may be shared with our lawyers and, if requested, with the courts so that we can exercise our right of defense.

Is Your Personal Data Shared with Third Parties in the Country?

The Company asks for the personal data of the employee candidates that it processes as a Data Controller to the people who are referenced when necessary. The aim here is to confirm the accuracy of the information given in the resume and to create an efficient working environment by determining the job inclination and skills of the employee candidate. In case of a request, your data can be transferred to law enforcement authorities, other authorized public institutions and courts within the scope of our legal obligations. Your video recordings on the cameras placed in our company are processed by us for the sake of life safety, occupational safety and occupational health.

How Long Is Your Personal Data Retained?

Your personal data and personal data of special nature will be kept for the period of limitation specified in the relevant legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed, and in any case, for the duration of the legal statute of limitations. Expired personal data will be securely destroyed. Disposal methods are defined in the KVKK Personal Data Security Management System that we have established. CVs of unemployed employee candidates are destroyed at the end of 6 months.

What Are Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data?

In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, you can make the following requests regarding your personal data, provided that you prove your identity:
