SEREX62 and 72 Aqueous screen and stencil cleaner

SEREX62 is an extremely effective, non-flammable cleaner designed for the removal of surface mount pastes and adhesives from screens and stencils. It can operates at room temperature or by heating.

SEREX62 can be used in automated screen and stencil cleaning equipment where low pressure spray is used with water rinsing and hot air drying or in ultrasonic bath.

SEREX62 and 72 has been found to remove a wide range of commonly available pastes and adhesives including no-clean pastes and lead free products.

SEREX 72 is the concentrate version (to be diluted in 80% dei water) of SEREX62 ready to use.

PRODUCT USE
SEREX62 is non-flammable, hence flame proof equipment is not required. The solution is highly
effective at ambient temperatures thus keeping running costs to a minimum. The product is ready for use and should be used undiluted.

A typical ambient cleaning cycle of 3-5 minutes for fresh deposits and up to 10 minutes for aged deposits makes SEREX62 suitable for high-speed production environments. Aged deposits may be cleaned more quickly at elevated temperatures.

Heating is not normally required, although SEREX62 may be heated to 45°C with the appropriate equipment. No extraction is required under normal conditions.
