Cepter ELEKTRON 170 ULTRA II is a compactly designed precision cleaning system in a full stainless steel finish with integrated smart solutions to achieve high productivity and low operating costs. It is completely engineered and produced in Slovenia.
Process description:
Cepter ELEKTRON 170 ULTRA II is a fully automatic single chamber cleaning system.
25 liter preheated loop tank for cleaning agent is installed to filter detergent after each washing process to be prepared for the next cycle.
There is a small loss of cleaning agent in the loop tank after each cleaning cycle. Installed dosing pump supplys missing quantity of fresh agent from 10 liter stainless steel tank to loop tank to ensure there is always exactly the same level of cleaning agent in the loop tank.
